What is AI Medical Chronology Verification?
AI medical chronology verification is an independent physician check of a medical chronology, demand letter or deposition summary that an AI tool produced. The physician compares each entry with the client’s source medical records and reports what is wrong, missing or unsupported, or returns a corrected document.
Why AI-generated Medical Chronologies Still Need Physician Verification
AI platforms are fast, and most of their entries are right. The problem is the ones that aren’t, because they look exactly like the ones that are. Whether your AI medical chronology came from Supio, EvenUp or another tool, the risk is the same. A draft can:
- Miss a finding buried in an imaging report or a handwritten progress note
- Merge two visits on the same day, or split one visit into two
- Carry forward a copied-and-pasted note as if it were a new finding
- Cite a page that doesn't say what the entry says
- Leave out an injury altogether, which is the hardest error to spot because there is nothing on the page to question

A physician checks every entry, fixes what’s wrong, adds what’s missing and returns a corrected document with page citations, ready for your demand letter package.
Best for: High-value or complex cases, long treatment histories and files going straight into a demand.
